How long does it takes for my order to process and ship? It can take up to 48-72 hours to get your order out the door. We have set up a system to get the drinks shipped to our customers as soon as possible. Usually our processing time is 24 hours or less, but this may vary based on shipping schedules and roasting schedules. We ship via USPS Monday - Friday. The carrier also observes most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times. If you order online, we’ll send you a notification when your order has shipped. If it’s been 48 hours and you still haven’t heard from us, please let us know. Do you ship orders internationally? Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to ship drinks internationally. Do you ship orders to military addresses? Yes! We have a number of customers scattered around the world with APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You can order online and we’ll ship the drinks directly to you. When in doubt, contact us here, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return beverage products? We accept returns on unused products. If you have any issues with your beverages, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us here within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love or issue a refund. Can I return DaoHer products that I purchased at a grocery store? While we can't refund your purchase directly, we can offer replacement products shipped directly to you from one of our operating sites. Just reach out to Customer Support here and we'll sort you out! Can I return or exchange defective items? We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective or unused items. If your gear is faulty, we certainly want to make it right. We typically ask for a photo of the defective products to pass along to our product team. On the other side of the coin, we can’t accept returns on used gear that is in working order. Please be sure all items are returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. Contact us via and our Customer Support team will respond with information on how your return will be processed. Can I return or exchange items damaged in transit? Yes! We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping department in case there is a trend in breakage. Additionally, if the box was also damaged, a photo of that can help us get information to our shipping partners. Please let us know the original order number and the best address for the return shipment.
